I usually have a splash of it on my salad everyday..
im just wondering if its okay to have everyday..
and what are the health benefits?

You ask is Is balsamic vinegar healthy? my answer is yes.

    Yes, balsamic vinegar is good for you. I don’t know the specific health benefits but I’m sure you could google that info.

    IT is made from grapes, so it probably has some anti-oxidants in it. As it is concentrated grape juice product it probably has more than wine and depending on what kind of wooden cask it was aged it in would have different trace mineral and vitamins.

    I like it with olive oil and fresh baked bread as well as on salad. I did a search on ‘bing’, just typing ‘health benefits of balsamic vinegar.’ I was amazed at all of the benefits! I’ll be using it everyday, too, from now on! Glad you asked the question and glad it prompted me to look at the benefits! You’ll be amazed, I’m sure.

    I have read on a few articles online that many types of balsamic vinegar have lead in it, which hurts brain development in children, and can even cause cancer in adults if consumed regularly. I am no scientist, but definetly something you should check into.

    However, I do love it too. Minus the chance of slight lead poisoning, I can see how everything else about would be healthy.
